49-Point Brand Assessment

As chief advocate for your brand, your passion and commitment are apparent to everyone you meet.   

The problem is that the same fervor can make it hard for you to see your brand objectively.  And customers may be reluctant to tell you what they think to avoid hurting your feelings or putting themselves on the line.

  • Review all of your marketing communications, including your website, your logo, brochures, ads, annual reports, anything you use to communicate with your audiences.  If your business has brick and mortar locations, I’ll be there too.
  • Interview or survey your customers to get their perspective.
  • Analyze your brand relative to your key competitors’ brands.
  • Summarize my assessment with specific recommendations to help your brand evolve and grow.
